This class structure provides the most well-rounded opportunity for kids to improve overall fitness by increasing flexibility, balance, strength, endurance, speed, and most importantly, confidence. Maggie Poppins also loves to incorporate fun yoga poses, storytelling, singing, dancing, games, breathwork, and mindfulness exercises to increase attentiveness, reduce stress, and enhance relaxation.
