Challengeyourself.
A 4-week, 12-session high intensity group training program with quick results and lasting benefits.
01Boot camp style training
Strength, endurance, powerand flexibility.
fitCAMP is a shared exercise program at the Arena District Athletic Club that challenges you in every aspect of fitness: strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular, power and flexibility. It is designed to be fun yet challenging, with quick results and lasting benefits.
Part of the fun is the support of other campers working toward similar results. That shared experience is a big part of what makes this training approach so successful.
A moderate conditioning level with experience in H.I.I.T.-style training is recommended. All sessions are held at the club, conveniently close to Grandview, the Short North, Victorian Village and German Village.

04Campers say
When I first started fitCAMP, I saw fast results in my body and my overall athletic performance. Even after three months of continuous fitCAMP classes, I still look forward to them, and I’m still seeing weekly improvements in my athletic endurance.
