Mackenzie Murray

NASM-CPT · CPR & First Aid

Having lived an active lifestyle for as long as I can remember, I decided to turn my passion for sports and fitness into a career focused on helping others achieve their health and lifestyle goals. I earned my Bachelor of Science from Heidelberg University in Exercise Science, with a focus on Strength and Conditioning, and I also hold an MBA with a concentration in Sports Management.

I have a true love for helping others feel confident and strong in their bodies and in the gym. The highlight of any training session, whether one-on-one or in a group setting, is getting to witness that “aha” moment when a client connects with how a movement is supposed to feel or understands the “why” behind it. There’s no better feeling.

During my time in college, I had the opportunity to work with a wide range of athletes, from 7th graders to Division II competitors, with a focus on proper form and optimal performance. As a personal trainer, I’ve expanded those skills beyond athletics, helping individuals use everyday movement and strength training to improve their overall quality of life.

I began my personal training journey in August 2025 and am excited to continue growing alongside my clients. Outside of the gym, I enjoy scuba diving, playing volleyball, traveling, and exploring Columbus. A fun fact about me: I was a collegiate pole vaulter who broke my own records a total of nine times!
